The 5th Conference on Fully Actuated System Theory and Applications (FASTA2026) is sponsored by IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, Yanshan University, and organized by School of Electrical Engineering, Yanshan University. FASTA2026 will be held in Qinhuangdao, China, May 22-24, 2026. The purpose is to provide an academic communication platform for scientists, engineers, and practitioners in related research fields worldwide to show the latest developments in control theories and technical achievements. Qinhuangdao, a famous seaside tourist city, is situated in the northeastern region of Hebei Province and serves as an important port city for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic zone in the Bohai Rim region.
